Arguably one of the most famous operas of all time, Puccini’s La Bohème inspired the 1996 rock musical, RENT, and continues to thrill audiences today.

Set in Paris sometime during 1846-47, a group of young bohemians struggle to make ends meet. During the cold winter, a torrid romance is kindled between the poet Rodolfo and the beautiful seamstress Mimi, but love is not the only thing lurking in the city; tragedy and sadness await them all.

This beautiful tale of love and loss is sure to touch everyone’s heart with arias like “Che gelida manina” and “Si, mi chiamano Mimi,” and of course, Musetta’s famous waltz, “Quando m’en vò.” Get your tickets before they waltz away! Our production Features a unique set designed and built by Wes Hanson, with stage direction by JJ Hudson and will be conducted by Jay Dean.

“For those who may not be experienced opera goers, La Bohème is the perfect opera with which to start. The story is passionate and the music is some of the most beautiful music you will ever hear. Puccini was a master at writing music that touches the heart, and never gets old, no matter how many times you hear it.”
